2023 Fast50
Each year, Houston Business Journal celebrates the fastest-growing private companies based in Houston. HBJ reworked the Fast 100 List and awards program this year, renaming it Fast 50 and creating a shorter, more competitive list of finalists.
On Thursday, September 21, 2023, it was announced that Chemplast was number 29 in the Houston area.
To qualify, companies submitted surveys to HBJ and are ranked by revenue growth from 2020 to 2022. As part of this year’s changes, companies must have earned at least $5 million in revenue for the most recently completed fiscal year to be eligible.
Previously, the minimum was $1 million. The change marks a new approach to providing business data and honoring Houston’s business community that will ultimately lead to higher-quality and more accurate information and improved event experiences.
